ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be responsible in ensuring that the contract can operate effectively and profitably by providing administrative support.

The role will be assisting the team with Police vetting forms and other administration tasks

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent communication skills, in person and phone
  • People skills - you will be interacting with a wide variety of people
  • +1 year experience in an office environment

Other key responsibilities:

  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptability and the ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve
  • Dedication, resilience and the desire to achieve
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • InDesign experience would be advantageous
