Ko tÄ mÄtou mahi - Our Role
Reporting to the Team Leader - Issues and Operations, this position will provide administrative and operational planning support to the Tenancy tribunal team. Working closely with Senior Advisor Tribunal and wider groups, you will support efficient management of operational activities, ensuring the administrative activities relating to the team are carried out effectively and consistently.
This involves a wide range of general administrative duties, including but not limited to drafting letters for customers, scheduling appointments into calendars, monitoring reporting and liaising with key external stakeholders. An important part of your daily workload also includes scheduling mediations and tribunal hearings into relevant staff calendars according to availability, to ensure KÄinga Ora meets attendance obligations.
