Job Description

Our client is a highly respected importer and distributor of prestige commercial vehicles for the NZ market. They now have an enviable opportunity for an experienced administrator to support their finance team and the wider business. Although the position is part-time, they would also consider offering full time hours.

Some of what you will do

  • Process invoices and credit notes for new vehicles
  • Assist Accounts Payable with data entry
  • Monitor the contracts register
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Assist with customer queries
  • Provide general office administration

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to be adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills
