Purpose of the role :

This is an exciting and varied part-time position (20 hours per week), working with a small team out of our Invercargill office.

You’ll be responsible for a range of administration tasks, as well as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Duties may include :

  • Provide support to the Invercargill team and take ownership of all local administration process
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office, and answering all incoming calls to the office
  • Assist in demonstration of equipment items to our clients (training will be provided)
  • Facilities management coordinate maintenance and repairs for the office and for any office equipment
  • Manage stationary orders
  • Support fleet management for the office
  • Responsible for opening and closing of the office

What we are looking for :

This position would suit a person who is good at problem solving, can take initiative and has the desire to make a difference.

You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, and be customer service focused and compassionate when interacting with supporters, clients, and the general public. We are looking for :

  • Previous experience within an administrative position
  • Experience in a similar customer facing position would be an advantage
  • Technically competent and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
