On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for an Administrative Office Support

Administrative Office Support – Job Description

  • Provide basic office administrative and clerical support to senior manager(s) or an office
  • Act as the first point of contact of the office
  • Areas of responsibilities include drafting correspondences, answering phones calls, coordinating meetings, arranging travels and ordering office supplies and other office duties as required
  • Review tableau report
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Work with team on FATCA and CRS reporting
  • Work on projects as assigned

Administrative Office Support – Mandatory Skills

  • Should have strong knowledge of MS Excel (ability to create macros is a plus)
  • Strong with MS Outlook and Word
  • Manages time well
  • Analytical
  • Work under pressure
  • Fast learner

Administrative Office Support – Nice to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of QI/ FATCA and CRS regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of IRS W 8 series documentation
  • Worked with Tableau
