Requirements:

·      Schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders

·      Take meeting minutes

·      Follow up after meetings

·      Book travel arrangements and make necessary last-minute changes

·      Ensure full communication of travel plans

Requirements

-3-5 years experience in administration

-Ability to manage scheduling and other changes calmly, professionally and efficiently

-  Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

-   Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
