Responsibilities -Taking the lead on facilitating meetings and special events; schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities -Taking meeting minutes, and provides administrative support and follow-up on matters arising from meetings. -Maintain strong communications between Department Heads, staff, and clients. -Calendar management, travel management/coordination -Maintaining internal databases and records -Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed Requirements: · 5+ years of experience as an Administrator · Ability to manage scheduling and other changes calmly, professionally and efficiently · Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality · Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
