Job Description

Some primary duties will include:

  • Providing reception coverage (in person and over phone)
  • Performing general administrative duties – Filing, Mailing documents (folding and stuffing envelopes), Scanning, Copying, Document processing/data entry
  • Processes accounts payable invoices
  • Provides direct customer service to public, responds to queries and provides updates
  • Performs property portfolio and property maintenance support functions
  • Maintains various databases and tenant files

Requirements:

  • 3 + years previous administrative experience.
  • Previous front desk experience would be beneficial
  • Strong administrative and people skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent reliability – attendance & punctuality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
