Job Description
Some primary duties will include:
- Providing reception coverage (in person and over phone)
- Performing general administrative duties – Filing, Mailing documents (folding and stuffing envelopes), Scanning, Copying, Document processing/data entry
- Processes accounts payable invoices
- Provides direct customer service to public, responds to queries and provides updates
- Performs property portfolio and property maintenance support functions
- Maintains various databases and tenant files
Requirements:
- 3 + years previous administrative experience.
- Previous front desk experience would be beneficial
- Strong administrative and people skills
- Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Strong organizational ability
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent reliability – attendance & punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
