Job Description

Minich Oilfield Services in Hinton, AB is looking to hire a full-time administrative assistant to start immediately.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with meticulous work standards, and familiar with overall day to day administrative tasks.

  • Sound Knowledge and proficiency of computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Sage Accounting payable/receivable and payroll
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Having some knowledge in online invoicing systems
