Position Summary
Provide support to the Property Tax service team by planning and accomplishing the necessary administrative functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and manage documents, including formatting and editing letters, reports and spreadsheets from information provided with minimal guidance. This will include both internal documents, as well as client correspondence
Maintain systems for collecting incoming client documentation in PTES
Maintain system integrity by updating client information in PTES
Responsible for special projects assigned by Operations Manager
Update and maintain client information in OMS
Answer and direct incoming office calls

Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
High school diploma required
1-5 years’ experience in an administrative support position
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with database entry (with high level of attention to detail and accuracy of data entry work required)
Knowledge of internet research desired
Ability to complete assignments with limited direction
Ability to handle confidential information
