About Signature Health:
Signature Health is Atlantic Canada’s first and only private Executive Health Clinic. We focus on
Executive Health, Corporate Wellness, and Individual Health. With a team of physicians, nurses and
allied health professionals we offer a variety of preventative medical services to provide personalized
health services for our clients. We offer services such as comprehensive health assessments, diagnostic
imaging, personalized nutrition and fitness, and virtual care programs. We opened our doors in 2016
and have an excellent understanding that health is everyone’s bottom line and we are here to keep
Atlantic Canadians healthy, happy, and productive.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing client success through in-person, telephone, and online communications.
  • Assisting with the management and organization of clinics.
  • Support our administrative and clinical team with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Reporting and database entry.

Qualifications:

  • A post secondary degree or diploma in health or business is looked at as an asset.
  • Proficiency in office 365 (particularly outlook, word, excel) is required.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills are highly recommended.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
  • High level customer service and a professional attitude is required.
  • A passion for health and wellness is looked at as an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
