Responsibilities:
· Filing, scanning, and sorting documents
· Scheduling appointments
· Maintain organization databases
· Inventory Control
· Covering reception when necessary
· Provide administrative support to management and team
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel
· Minimum 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience required
