Robert Half is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude to be a part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. This is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity, located in the Abbotsford, British Columbia area.
Key responsibilities
- Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
- Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees
- Answer telephone calls and return voicemails
- Receive and tend to visitors
- Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Skills in internet research
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Solid understanding of Administrative Office
- Command of Appropriate Documentation
- General familiarity with Email Correspondence
- Company Objectives experience highly desired
- Proficiency in Calendar Management
- Clerical Duties experience
- Well-founded grasp of data entry
- Proven knowledge of Compliance Functions
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
