Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their focused team for a contract role.

As the Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Tracking and restocking inventory
  • Ensuring kitchen duties are complete
  • Maintaining and restocking office supplies
  • Assisting with file transfer project
  • Labelling files
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Make an impact as an Administrative Assistant with our client. The successful Administrative Assistant will possess the following:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • First rate communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
