Major responsibilities
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- IT set up for employees
- Assist with onboarding and collecting employee information
- Respond to phone and email inquiries
- Strong communication skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Liaison
- Onboarding experience
- Solid understanding of Ordering Office Supplies
- Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
