Schedule: Monday to Friday
From January to June, the administrative assistant could be called upon to work a few hours on weekends.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow up on repairs and work with the maintenance man
  • Make rental deposits and follow up on accounts receivable
  • Perform housing visits for rentals
  • Receive customers / tenants
  • Respond to phone calls and emails
  • Respond to tenant service calls

Administration

  • Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Provide a high level of customer service

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year rental experience
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
  • Hopem knowledge (an asset)
