How you will make an impact
- Handle telephone calls
- Greet and guide visitors
- Back various projects for other employees
- Organize word processors, files, and faxes
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Skills in internet research
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Foundational knowledge in Ordering Office Supplies
- Administrative Assistance experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Courier Services
- Calendar Management experience
