Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Screens telephone calls and receives and directs visitors
- Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Arranges business travel, coordinates meetings, supports agenda management and expense tracking
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Takes on a broad perspective to solve problems
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Skills and Competencies
- Ability to compose brief letters and memos and create and proof multi-page documents
- Ability to work as a team and deal with internal and external customers
- Advanced typing and word processing skills
- High organizational skills
- Proficiency using a personal computer
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
