Job Description

Randstad work with aged care facilities around New Zealand to provide them with temporary and permanent staff in a variety of roles.

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a carehome in Māngere. This role is 25 hours a week and ongoing.

The role:

  • Maintain office supplies
  • Provide clerical and secretarial support to the carehome
  • Complete reports, newsletters, letters as required
  • Collate accounts payable invoices
  • Maintain filing and database systems
