The Administrative Assistant is a member of the multi-disciplinary team within Mental Health Services for Older People and is responsible to the Team Manager for ensuring a confidential reception and clerical service adhering to policies and procedures of the service.
In this role, you will maintain client records and CBIS Data Base, schedule appointments, answer telephone and counter enquiries and liaise with staff, provides a secretarial service to senior staff as appropriate and provide timely support for Consultants’ Rights of Private Practice and liaises with staff, the public and other professionals and provide information about the service as appropriate.
