Job Description

Position Summary

The Service Coordinator position is responsible for the day to day administrative duties for the service departments of the branch. This position description is intended to capture the core responsibilities specific job tasks may vary slightly from branch to branch based on the organization structure and business needs of the area.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments
  • Answer general customer questions and queries
  • Handle incoming service inquiries and dispatching of technicians to job sites
  • Open service work order
  • Create service invoices

Qualifications

  • High school completion or equivalent education proficiency and/or 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative office position.

Competencies and Skills

  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, process large volumes, work well under pressure
  • Customer service oriented and a team player

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)
