Health Services at Rimutaka Prison are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed individual who is capable of working in a wide range of office administration activities.
The prime responsibilities of this role are, to ensure accurate medical information is recorded and maintained, while supporting the team with day-to-day administration duties, including reception, internal and external schedules and appointments, travel bookings and database management.
This is a rewarding and challenging position within an environment that will stretch your skills and offer you ongoing support.
The salary range for this role is $45,518 to $54,120, pro rata and progression is dependent of required competency levels. The work profile for this position is Monday - Friday, working 40 ours a week.

Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
You will need a full New Zealand driver licence for this role.
