About the role

Are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a challenge? We have a great opportunity for an Administration Officer who will support the Service Group.

As an Administration Officer you will demonstrate a high level of competence in a wide range of administrative tasks. In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and can self-manage. 

 Key Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrate initiative and accountability
  • Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Managing the administration email box for the Service Group
  • Excellent at time management and prioritising
  • Ability to manage day to day office systems
  • Manage meeting coordination and related correspondence including actions
  • You will be positive and enthusiastic
