Your new role
To support the delivery of the commercial contract to our clients by ensuring accurate and efficient receiving and assigning of work as it is logged. The role is also responsible for providing administration support to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to logged worked requests in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with all internal and external stakeholders and customers
• Answer all incoming calls to the Helpdesk in a clear and professional manner and ensure messages are relayed as appropriate
• Issuing and assigning work orders accurately and to appropriate internal and external resources
• Monitor jobs allocated to ensure completion on time and within the specifications of the job logged
• Following up internal parties and external contractors on the progress of logged jobs
• Updating internal and external clients on the progress of logged jobs
• Raise purchase orders for suppliers and contractors
• Process invoices from contractors for job related work
• Monitor the AC Helpdesk and Bookings email inbox and action as appropriate
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, ideally within a facilities maintenance government contract
• Relevant tertiary qualification desirable
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• High level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent ability to multi-task
• A great team player
• Willingness to help others
• Current driver’s license
