What you'll be doing
This position is to provide a range of administrative, customer service and clerical support services to enable the Aged care Assessment Team to meet their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative task in a demanding environment.
Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response and directing calls to the most appropriate person.
High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
High level skills using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Customer focused team player and a willingness and ability to contribute to the overall performance, improvement encompassing change of the Services needs for administrative support.
Use of eMR, Oracle, Officemax, updating and attending Health roster, Patient Management System (iPM) and Total Records ,My Aged Care and Information Management System (TRIM).
