Canoe Racing NZ (CRNZ) is the National Sporting Organisation responsible for promoting, advancing and managing the kayaking disciplines of Sprint, Marathon and Ocean Ski in New Zealand.
The purpose of the Administration Assistant is to support the Finance and Business Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of all general administration purposes as well as financial assistance. This is a part time position which will be approximately 24 hours per week. It could suit someone wanting to enter the workforce for the first time or someone looking to return to the workforce.
You will need to be able to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team in a small organisation, have an ability to learn quickly and have great communication skills.
Ideally you will have some experience with Excel and Word and experience with Xero or Salesforce will be an added bonus but not necessary. A drivers license is essential.
