Job Description

The role

The successful candidate will have good administration skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload whilst working under pressure and part of a team. You will need to be a good communicator as you will be expected to liaise with residents, staff and visitors to the unit at all levels. High customer care standard is required.

The role of Administration Assistant is to keep all patient records paperwork up to date and support the wider Ward team with effectively managing all administration for the department.


The ability to effectively prioritise your workload, work on your own initiative and adhere to deadlines are key requirements of the role. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to handle job pressure well. Must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and maintain an effective working environment.
