We have a vacancy at our Head Office in Thames for an Administrative Superstar!

The Role

The role is responsible for providing support to the Strol division of Cirtex Industries, including the General Manager, through performing a broad range of administration and executive assistant tasks.

The successful applicant will:

  • Provide exceptional general administrative support to Strol Division
  • Manage diary and travel bookings for the GM
  • Maintain the GM’s filing and records
  • Draft/Collate reports, letters, proposals and other communications as required 
  • Provide prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to customers (internal and external)
  • Manage EDI systems and Strol data base
  • Receive and manage inbound calls – including Strol sales calls
  • Perform general Executive Assistant functions
  • Submit/Process Strol orders 
  • Provide support to the Cirtex Customer Service Team

The Applicant

We are seeking a person who naturally aligns to our company ethos. Prior experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role is desired.

  • The ability to multi-task, work across a range of projects and adhere to deadlines
  • A desire to develop proficiency of understanding with the Cirtex NetSuite ERP system
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and manage time (yours and others) efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional computer literacy skills – particularly in MS Office Suite
  • Reasonable typing ability
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • A Customer Centred Approach
  • Natural problem solving / trouble shooting skills
