Job Description

Our Clients purpose is to challenge the way organisations engage and empower their people to perform better. They do this by delivering bespoke personalised coaching and learning solutions that transform lives. Currently they are seeking their newest team member to undertake a 6-month contract working alongside their creative and high-performing professionals!
 
Reporting to our Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring their bespoke learning solutions are delivered seamlessly, whilst communicating effectively with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure everyone is kept up to date on progress. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your knowledge within the education sector and truly make a difference to peoples lives. 
 
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively coordinating the delivery of client solution work flows
  • Scheduling the logistics of learning programmes, including locations, facilities, travel, resources etc
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure their requirements for client are delivered
  • Document control for all learning programmes, including learner management, attendance, and NZQA/TEC requirements

  • Proven administration experience (learning industry experience beneficial)
  • Natural intuition, with an ability to communicate effectively with anyone
  • An outgoing and positive outlook
  • A drive for results and excellent attention to detail
  • A high level of professionalism and customer care
