Position Summary
As an Admin Officer you are a problem solver, an organiser and a collaborator rolled into one to join the awesome ROLLER team. Working within the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coordination and support across all departments including managing and maintaining the Melbourne office and coordination of travel, events and conferences globally.
This newly created position will give you the opportunity to shape it and make it your own. This means you'll have previous office management, administrative, or assistant experience.
About the Role
Manage and maintain office and facilities
Effectively coordinate all domestic and international staff travel
Effectively coordinate the planning and execution of all staff events
Maximise efficiency and minimise cost for corporate travel including flights, accommodation, room hire, events etc.
Collaborate with Marketing & Demand Generation to support company conferences
Develop and implement new administrative systems including technology solutions, procedures and standards to guide global operational efficiency
Contribute to monthly management reports
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Ensure high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety
Conduct site inductions for all visitors & new starters
About You
Be an ambassador for ROLLER values, passionate about creating positive employee and customer experiences
Prior office management, administrative, or assistant experience; ideally in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
Has (or is willing to attain) a First Aid Certificate
