Dealing in commercial and residential projects no two days are the same in this fast-paced workplace.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be across two teams where you will gain vast knowledge of the business. You will split your time between the Customer Service team where you will be supporting the AR/CC, and the inventory team.

Duties

Your duties will include:

  • Uploading invoices to two portals
  • Dealing with claim requests and processing
  • Reconciliation of outstanding credit claims
  • Process on-charges and debit memos
  • Uploading rebate usage data and re-charges
  • Matching delivery dockets and filing
  • Updating and maintaining multiple spreadsheets - variance analysis
  • Recharge journals and accruals
  • GST and stock adjustments

Skills & Experience

  • You will have similar experience dealing with customer orders, claims and ideally stock
  • Excellent eye for detail and customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an agile personailty
