What You Will Gain

· Experience directing and monitoring the activities of A/R staff, ensuring ongoing work quality while managing and developing the team.

· The accountability to plan and deliver coaching sessions, monitor performance, and mentor team members with regards to goal setting and achievement

· Cross-functional interactions with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
