An exciting opportunity has arisen in our  AR Query Team based in the Auckland Finance Team.
As an AR Customer Support Agent you will effectively handle enquiries in an accurate and  professional manner which would be within the scope of an inbound call/ call centre environment. 
 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Communicate with internal and external customers – verbal, written or customer facing visits
  • To resolve customer’s queries in accordance with set DHL standards
  • Ensure all queries are logged promptly in the DHL Accounting System (ERP)and are actioned accordingly.
  • Your emphasis will be in resolving queries within the same day
  • Contribute knowledge and expertise toward resolving and researching reoccurring billing issues and other process areas
  • Answer all calls to maintain department GOS and ACR targets
  • Maintain 4 hr SLA in responding to email queries
  • To actively promote self-service functionalities and / or ensure customer query is addressed structurally so that it does not re-occur
  • To work towards achieving your ICCC targets of within same day
     

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Strong in both verbal and written communication 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and use initiative to problem solve 
  • Great numerical skills and a high attention to detail 
  • Team player with excellent organisation skills 
  • Ability to manage customer conflict with the focus on a positive customer service experience 
  • 2 years’ experience in a finance or customer service role preferred
