As we've forged headfirst through the COVID-19 pandemic, the good news is that we've continued to expand our customer base, adapted, become more agile and innovative, and this has set us up for a hungry and ambitious 2022 goal, and beyond.

Due to our beloved AP staff member not returning from maternity leave, we're now in the position to hire someone to join our family on a permanent basis. We are envisaging a February start, to ensure ample handover time, and the chance for you to sink your teeth into the role.

We are not just after an AP processor, but someone who can:

• Work with the GM - Finance on our Epicor ERP implementation in March 2022!
• Assist with the implementation and help reconciled to previous system Sage.
• Manage accounts payable invoices using Epicor and DocStar in accordance with standard MULCAHY processes
• Aid in covering reception and admin duties, as required
• Obtain supplier pricing and update database monthly
• Seek approval from account signatory authorities for requisition and purchase orders raised
• Manage purchase receipts for all major purchases and credit cards to ensure a receipt exists and a copy is kept
• Reconcile creditor invoices from statements monthly
• Process tracking numbers for freight on invoices.
• Receipting of freight, consumables, and stationary orders
• Opening and closing of supplier accounts,
• Updating of supplier contacts in Epicor.
• Collate information and process reports as required by Management

About you

With 3+ years of experience in a similar role, you will join us with an innovative and progressive mind. You are someone who enjoys contributing ideas and skills towards process improvement and efficiencies. You are a problem solver, finding ways to simplify processes without cutting out steps or quality standards, but seeking better and more efficient ways of completing a task.

You enjoy working in an autonomous role, but as part of a wider finance team who all work cohesively and collaboratively, to get the job done. You are a stickler for attention to detail and accuracy, and undertake all parts of your role with positivity, and in a timely manner.

If you have used Epicor or any similar ERP, we'd love to know about it. If you have been part of an implementation of a new ERP, even better. Sound knowledge of Excel and the MS Office Suite is essential.
