We here at SAO Communications Limited are looking for a Accounts Receivable team member to support our Finance team.
This role would suit a Customer Service or Administration superstar looking to expand their career into the Accounting field, or an Accounts support person with at least 6 months to 12 months experience who is looking for their next challenge.
Key tasks include:
1. Accounting
• Responsibility for all aspects of Accounts Receivable (AR) which includes weekly billing, receipting, issuing of statements, processing of direct debits and ownership of the AR ledger.
• Distribution and collation of new store credit application forms.
• Supporting our Finance team as and when required.
1 You'll need a minimum of 6 months Accounts Receivable experience.2 You'll need to
• demonstrate high levels of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• be well organised, great at prioritising, managing your time and be calm under pressure.
• be committed to meeting deadlines.
• be a mature and naturally proactive person who takes initiative and drives tasks through to completion.
• have advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• have experience using Xero and automating billing.
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident dealing directly with all stakeholders in our business.
• be legally able to work full-time in NZ.
