ACCOUNT MANAGER
Experience & Skills
- 2-5 year’s experience in recruitment industry, 2 years’ Account management experience
- Background in financial technology fields preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across all departments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in developing and managing a recruitment team and implementing recruitment strategy
- Experience working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate the sourcing, interview, onboarding, and employment processes
_Essential Job Functions _
**
- Build new sales pipeline and manage/Grow existing business
- Research leads and garner new accounts
- Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationships Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery manager to ensure delivery of staffing and project requirements
- Serve as point of contact for recruiters with regards to job requisitions (roles, rates, experience, etc).
- Communicate and prioritize client requirements
- Act as liaison to aid in client issue resolution
- Develop and manage recruitment teams; training on process and implementing strategy
- Create and update job descriptions to reflect accurate responsibilities and attract top talent
- Partner with senior level management and hiring managers to discuss hiring needs and develop a custom approach
- Work with delivery manager to analyze and interpret data from ATS in order to effectively develop recruitment reports
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and inform recruiters and managers about changes
