Key Account Manager Platinum has partnered with Ricoh Southland, in their search for an outgoing Account Manager to join their close-knit, Invercargill team.

The Role :

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage client relationships in allocated accounts, actively identify and develop sales opportunities both within and outside the existing client base take overall ownership and accountability for the delivery of our products and services to the client.

About you :

While industry experience isn't required, a good attitude and confidence are key for this role! We are searching for someone who is keen to learn, develop their skills, and exceed expectations for their clients.

To be considered, you will have Account Management or sales experience, over the phone and face to face. Additionally, you'll exhibit :

  • Ability to influence, appropriately communicate, and sell products / negotiate leases
  • Experience building & maintaining client relationships (current and prospective clients)
  • Ability to get along with the team, working to effectively accomplish organisational goals.
  • Great time management, organisation, communication, and self-management ability
  • Persuasive ability to get deals across the line in a positive and engaging manner
