Role Purpose
The Account Coordinator is a broad role which works across the breadth of the regional portfolio and supports the Account leadership team to facilitate the delivery of key strategic business objectives and change management.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and drive Senior Mgmt Team (SMT) meetings - agenda setting, minutes, assigning action
plans and accountability.
‘Finger on the pulse’ - maintains forward visible event pipeline, incorporating key timeline impact
points across all Service Lines/Account Functions and International footprint.
Responsible for Account wide communications including organising and setting Account Town
Hall meetings, Network Events, presentation material, monthly newsletters, distribution lists
Support recruitment process and on-boarding Account staff – set up and orientation
Responsible for coordinating any Account team workplace changes
Support Master Outsourcing Agreement (MOA) governance, compliance and contract
measurement
Create Performance Dashboard / Balance Scorecard
Maintains Playbooks, process, and role mapping
Support and produce monthly reporting
Support Executive Reporting and MI – annual SET meeting, key client and CBRE corporate
presentations
Manage existing Business Continuity Plan

Skills Required
Proficient with technology tools and platform such as SharePoint and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint
- coordinating and preparing professional presentations)
Degree level education with a professional qualification preferred, or equivalent work experience
