About the Network Delivery Coordinator role:

TalkTalk existing Customers come first and peace of mind matters. We are upgrading our network and this is why we need a successful Migration Delivery Coordinator  to assure that our  Exchange Delivery Team is supported, and our Network is managed effectively and efficiently in a controlled and prioritised manner. Other coordination activities within BAU will also form part of this role. Exchange Delivery has been put in place to assist the team out in the field.

How will I add value in this role?

• Responsibility for network delivery activities.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery activities to obtain the best delivery precision within to agreed timescales
• Acts as the primary point of contact for delivery including escalations & issues
• Ensure TalkTalk’s operating procedures are followed to ensure the successful delivery
• Ensure delivery targets and measurements are supported by field, circuit planning and engineering teams.
• Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service resulting from the delivery
• Provides formal reports to the project - provide adequate and timely updates & reports to include measurements on delivery against planned dates, velocity, quality compliance and benefit realisation.
• Provide status reports on the tranche delivery plans including major issues with owners and actions, risks and mitigations as required by the Delivery manager, Project Manager and Governance forums.
• Ensure that completed delivery is handed onto the relevant teams.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure that delivery is aligned with the objectives of the Access Network Transformation Programme.
• Communicate regularly with other delivery coordinators, to ensure alignment between delivery stages, good practice, process improvement and lessons learned.

• Provides cover for other members of the team during absences.

• Promote an effective Safety, Health and Environment culture, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment within area of operation.
• Maintain a secure working environment in line with the requirements of the TalkTalk Security Policy in order to protect individuals, information and TalkTalk assets.
