What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and promoting transport and driver related KPIs and be aware of how this tracks through to the Customer Experience and Commercial results.

• Undertaking the required due diligence and complying with CDH Operating Procedures at all times. Bringing to the attention of management any areas of concern

• Using relevant systems, ensuring accurate Partner records are created and maintained

• Working within the warehouse operation, assisting the team to complete all receiving, storage and despatch tasks

• Promoting consistent two-way communication to engage Partners in the CDH and wider business, encouraging Partners to share opinion through democratic channels

• Completing round collation to ensure stock is accurate for the delivery teams on a daily basis, actioning any missing items with urgency

What you’ll need:

• C1 driving licence

• Driver Qualification card 

• Valid Digital Tacho card

• Be Proactive- drive the commercial performance of the sit and Identify opportunities to improve the operation

• Target Driven- achieving or surpassing expected productivity measures where they exist

What else you may bring:

• Previous experience working in Warehouse

• Previous experience of loading vehicles

• No involvement in any blameworthy collisions within the last two years
