We're on the search for a new energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, super passionate individual to join our Managed Services Provisioning team based in Auckland or Christchurch, whilst also offering flexibility around location of work including a mix between our corporate offices and working for home.

In Service Operations as part of Spark's Customer Delivery Unit, we are responsible for developing best practice digital platforms and dreaming up exciting products and services that are truly digital and frictionless for our customers.

Become an integral part of a high performing team that proactively faces and overcomes challenges every day. Optimise the customer's service experience by managing and delivering, end-to-end, managed services requests for some of Spark's biggest Wholesale, SME, Corporate, Enterprise and Government customers.

On a day-to-day basis you will be managing end to end provisioning and co-ordination of Voice and Data managed services whilst working with customers, 3rd parties such as fibre providers, suppliers, and Spark internal staff. You will proactively manage your workload to ensure that all activities you are responsible for are completed on time to ensure customer expectations are meet.

As a Customer Delivery Lead, I am someone who:

  • Has a collaborative approach and passion is putting customers first, you have a good learning ability and a willingness to continuously develop and learn new skills
  • Builds relationships easily and love interactions with customers, team members and suppliers.
  • A genuine interest in both technology and the telecommunications field
  • Can produce a high standard of work in a very fast paced environment
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas/concepts effectively
  • Savvy with technologically - Your competent with most Microsoft office applications and have a desire to increase your knowledge and skills in this area. You can demonstrate training, experience, or knowledge of various systems such as Microsoft Office 365 applications, CRM or Salesforce.
  • Excellent time management disciplines and can manage pressures and deadlines effectively
  • Knowledge or experience with Managed Data or Managed Voice products is desirable. You potentially but not necessarily have some experience in telco, project co-ordination, or order provisioning for other utilities
