If you want to work in retail in the long run, these may be quite advantageous. Qualifications in Customer Service, Retail Supervision or Management, as well as visual merchandising, purchasing, or human resources, may be achieved at TAFE or private colleges. WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR A CAREER AS A RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT?
A Retail Sales Assistant will often advance to Assistant Store Manager and subsequently to Store Manager. Depending on your devotion and the chances available, you may begin progressing through the ranks in a couple of years — sometimes less.
