Job Description

The Future Fibre “taskforce” has been created to focus single mindedly on the development and delivery of a game changing FTTP product to our consumers. The team is dedicated to growing TalkTalk’s Future Fibre base of customers that love our product, stay longer and are our biggest fans.

As Regional Sales Lead you'll be dedicated to delivering the sales of our Fibre To The Premise (FTTP) product also known as “Future Fibre” on our Alternative Networks (AltNets). This product is the future of the UK consumers connectivity, fast growing and game changing in the experience it gives to the consumer.

The role is focused on delivering on our stretching targets for AltNet Future Fibre to both our existing and new customers. The role will involve some travel to work with regional teams growing our location specific sales on AltNets.

How will I add value in this role?

  • Be accountable for defining and delivering plans to grow future fibre sales with our AltNet providers in specific areas of the country.

  • Work with trading and marketing to develop marketing campaigns specific to locations, ensuring that these campaigns land effectively and deliver sales and customer penetration growth targets.

  • Have a collaborative partnership approach, and work with third parties (AltNet City Managers/marketing agency teams) to maximise sales and opportunities.

  • Utilise AltNet city managers existing relationships to build contacts and opportunities in their respective areas

  • Closely manage operational and promotional costs, understanding how costs in your area impacts the P&L as a whole and with value at the heart of everything they do.

  • Own and drives operational insights, processes, and policy improvements to improve performance, increase value and improve the customer experience.

  • Have a full understanding and compliance to General Conditions, GDPR and internal and external security obligations

  • Be the voice of the customer at all times and challenges conventional wisdom to continually improve the experience we give our agents and customers.
