Job Summary
The Business System Analyst, Dynamics 365 reports to the Director, Information Technology and will play a key role in the digital transformation of Targray. This position is in our Montreal office.
This is a multifaceted role encompassing both business and technical skill focusing on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
On the business side, you will be responsible for process design, requirements gathering, analysis, testing and support across the power platform (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI and eventually Power Automate).
On the technical side, you will carry out basic Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, build data models and data pipelines within Power BI, diagnose system issues, provide solutions where feasible and perform data extracts and analysis. There is also an opportunity to be involved in the development of mobile applications (Power Apps).
Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and system requirements.
Collaborate with D365 and Power Platform solution architects to propose innovative solutions that solve complex problems and meet business requirements in the most effective way.
Develop and maintain product strategy / roadmap.
Develop, maintain, and prioritize with stakeholders the product backlog.
Take ownership of projects from end to end.
Explore and research new technologies to bring new ideas.
Support testing the proposed system and train users.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 7 years in information technology and 5 years of experience relevant to the role.
Hands on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written) with ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Strong team player with proven ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across functional areas and keep key stakeholders informed.
Customer service-orientated approach, with the capability to work in agile environments and demonstrate flexibility in an evolving business landscape.
Bilingual, English and French, oral and written.
