The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Machine Maintenance team with the scheduling of Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance activities for the Sheffield production machining assets ensuring limited disruption to the production schedules. This will include work with external specialist contractors, collaboration with internal stakeholders and the wider Sheffield team. Ensuring that maintenance activities are planned and communicated and effectively completed.
The utilisation of Maximo to track activities collaborating with the Maintenance team to burndown open tasks
Produce reports on machine performance and reliability along with maintenance status.
Maintain the site asset register and Maximo Asset Management Tool
Purchasing of spares and consumable items in accordance with the procurement policies.
Inventory Management of stock spares and consumables.
General administrational duties to support Machine Maintenance activities.
Interaction with suppliers on H&S requirements for the site.
Interaction with suppliers to arrange attendance to site as required.
