UK Operations is a key creative department within News, responsible for ensuring the highest standards are maintained in BBC News’ Output and is at the centre of the BBC’s innovation to develop new forms of News delivery in the rapidly developing multimedia broadcast and digital world.

Your role is to create highly crafted digital and television output for BBC Arabic using the very best video and audio available through BBC Content, agency partners and user generated content. As the picture editor you will assess material against the editorial and presentation requirements of the production ; edit the available material to meet these requirements and transmission, publishing or production deadlines; and to the professional standards required by the Picture Editing team.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract/Attachment until 31st August 2022
