The overall vision within the Payment, Fraud and Financial Crime Value Stream is to promote social well-being for our customers by enabling them to make and receive payments and protect them from fraud and financial crime.
We do this by supporting the Payments, Fraud and Financial Crime Business Areas in processing compliant, fast, secure and flexible transaction management services and covering rising threats from social engineering and real time payments by implementing new and improved digital ways of meeting and exceeding our customer needs.
Job Description
About the role:
We\'re looking to recruit a Scrum Master to coach one of the feature teams within the Fraud & Authentication Lab in the art of Agile delivery and drive relentless improvement. The successful candidate will also use their in-depth experience to play a leadership role in the Lab’s Method chapter, coaching other scrum masters and influencing improvements in teams across the Lab.

You’ll be working to protect our customers from Fraud, a pursuit that truly aligns with the Bank’s goal to ‘Help Britain Prosper’. You’ll also have the chance to work on some of the most exciting products in the bank including the Dynamic Risk Engine, the ‘Bank-of-the-Future’ strategic fraud risk engine, leveraging machine learning and cloud hosting to protect our customers better than ever before.
