We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support recruitment primarily across our hotels and restaurants, but also with some Support Centre vacancies. You will work as part of a fantastic, close knit team whose core focus is the direct hiring of diverse talent. Permanent, fixed term, part time and job share opportunities all available in this role and welcomed.

What you will be doing:
You will be leading the end to end resourcing process for roles across our hotels and restaurants, partnering with our Regional Managers to help them find the very best talent for their vacancies..
Using adverts, proactive resourcing tools and other innovative methods you will support us in achieving our direct hire resourcing goals.
You will focus on ensuring that all of our recruitment processes are inclusive and support our ongoing commitments around diversity within our teams.
Candidate experience is at the heart of our resourcing ethos and ensuring that every applicant feels like they have been treated with respect and authenticity will be key within this role.
