The HR Insight Analyst role plays an integral part in helping us to understand our employee metrics to inform people related decision making across the business.

You will be:
Supporting the management and coordination of HR data reports, delivering accurate and timely data to key stakeholders
Taking responsibility for building and maintaining dashboard reporting to track the key people metrics
Dealing with ad-hoc insights requests and queries
Safeguarding Whitbread’s data by implementing the relevant data protection policies
Continually reviewing and improving data management and capture
Digging deeper, with insight analysis to support the HR function, including senior leadership and centres of expertise.

Analytics and data are what get you out of bed in the morning.
You enjoy getting stuck into high volume data analysis, bringing simplicity to the complex.
You’re an expert user of Excel to deliver reporting and analysis; experience of using Power BI or Tableau would be great too
You want to work as part of a great team but are also happy getting things done independently
