We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Team as our CRM Exec

Role: CRM Executive – 9-12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Function: Premier Inn Customer Marketing   

Location: Dunstable (Flexible)

Salary: Up to £35,700

From producing branded adverts that showcase choice of hotel rooms, right through to promoting new launches, B2B initiatives and collaborating with agencies to deliver different digital campaigns, our Marketing Team are at the heart of getting our brands noticed

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Team as our CRM Exec. This is a diverse and varied role where you will support the Marketing Manager and own CRM workflows and deployment activity across marketing and service activities. You will support creative briefing, activity design processes and other business requirements for customer engagement and revenue.

You will engage and collaborate with our internal eCommerce, Brand, Proposition and Commercial Teams, as well as external partners and agencies to improve customer engagement and revenue – with the ultimate aim to make Premier Inn “the most loved Hotel in the world”.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Brief, build and broadcast Premier Inn CRM activity using our CRM systems through working closely with the Marketing Manager and CRM Developer.

Testing, checking and integrating all creative and data considerations for all campaigns so that all systems and processes work together

Work with CRM Marketing Manager on campaign requirements and delivery proposals.

Work collaboratively to set up and deliver campaign critical paths to ensure accurate/realistic campaign planning and on time delivery of each stage and final distribution

You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of CRM activities, utilising existing and new system capabilities

 

Why we’d love you to apply:

You are a creative and curious individual, with a real passion for problem solving and looking at how best achieve desired outcomes.

You will have a good foundation in a marketing/customer service environment with understanding of marketing principles and CRM

You are no stranger to using Adobe Campaign or other CRM systems in previous roles and able to coordinate multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.

You have experience of campaign analysis and adobe analytics, whilst also have been involved with proposition briefing and development ways of working.

Although not essential, it would be great if you have knowledge of global and UK travel industry and have experience of working with other channels in the marketing mix or across other CRM channels (e.g SMS, Push Notifications).
